Graphically, this is the same as the Arcade game I previously beat.
Thankfully, they've upgraded Ghost Squad in just about every other way. In this version, you can post your high scores online, rank up your character in between levels, rpg-style, and take multiple diverging, unlockable paths through the different levels. That's where the replay comes in and evolves the game from a simple 1 hour beat to something that could last much, much longer.
It also supports 4 player simultaneous play (the arcade version I played only supported 2) and internet connected score uploads.
If you like rail shooters, you could do worse than play Ghost Squad.
